Congrats and praise the Lord! I'm not approved yet so I'm not sure what you do next, i think you wait for Packet 3 to be sent to you. From what i've seen, the average time from now til your fiance is with you is around 2-3 months. God bless the rest of your journey!

Congratulations and good luck further, your case is going to NVC now, then you should get email from them telling you when the documents will be sent to the country of your fiancee and then she/he will start prepare after they contact her/him

No email from Nvc just a letter to the petitioner that they have it, then one to say they sent it on. NBC will process it and give it a case number for the embassy to use and that is very important to you because from then on that's what u need to track you case. There maybe further checks done at Nvc, difficult to tell what goes on behind closed doors. This part can take days to a few weeks if unlucky. Once they have finished they send it to embassy. Each embassy varies slighty in how they go about the samething. So read the guide uptop. The bottom part of the k1 guide it tells you what to send to her after petition. Also look and the k1 flow chart and embassy reviews. What I do know still applies to all is your fiancée will need police certificates from all countries lived in for 6 months and above if citizen and ayear or more if not citizen. Also she will need her medical with civil surgeon for interview. Ask in your relevant region forum what order they do packet 3/4 ( forms and documents for interview) and any other requirements nessersary.

If the OP means that he received an NOA2, then the "visa has not been approved" -- the I-129F application has been approved. Visa approval (issuance) or denial occurs at the embassy stage. The OP should please update his timeline. Congratulations on receipt of the NOA2.
