Hi,

Has anyone ever heard of this service whereby you pay $1000 for uscis to process your application within 15 days. A little birdy told me that UCSIS have included 1-765 to this service. Is this true?

This premium processing sounds interesting....

I was searching USCIS's site for information on this topic today and all I discovered is that premium processing is only good for an I-129F form and only for certain types of visas.

I would love it if we could get my K1 fiance's EAD accelerated by getting an employer to initiate premium processing. Not sure if this is possible or not based on the immigration laws?

Check which I-129 form the pp actually applies to. It's not the 'f'.

PP is for business class visas. Sucks to be us. This 90-day EAD business is nonsense, but you really have to plan ahead for it; it's not like it's something new.
