Hey guys,

In an attempt to avoid any delays can someone please confirm if the information we submitted on the G-325a is correct.

This form is submitted in connection with an application for:

Naturalization, Other (specify), Status of Permanent Resident.

Okay, so I am adjusting status from F-1 and filing concurrently. My husband selected "OTHER" then wrote “petition for alien relative” on the G-325a which goes along with form I-130. I followed suit and selected the same option as he did.

However, for the G-325a, that goes with form I-485 I selected “Status of Permanent Resident". Are these the correct answers?

THANKS MUCH!!

Instead of writing "petition for alien relative" you can write "I-130"........works out for me!

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)
