Hi, my wife has her advance parole application pending and we need to leave country by mid-Feb to attend some social events. Has anybody tried to get advance parole through info pass? Do they issue the AP doc on the spot?

I went there with a copy of all my advanced parole paperwork that I had already filed and mailed to the Chicago LockBox... if they approve it, it will take approximately 3 weeks to "expedite" it.. if its an "emergency" like somebody is dying, or died, then they give it within a few days. But never "on the spot"...i think that is impossible! never heard of anybody getting that.

10/15/2008 Husband arrives in USA on B1/B2 Tourist Visa

12/19/2008 Sent I-130 & I-485 AOS package via USPS Priority

12/21/2008 Package delivered

12/26/2008 NOA's dated for I-1485, I-130, I-131, I-765

03/30/2009 Obtained Green Card

01/24/2012 Mailed in N-400 for Naturalization

01/31/2012 Check for $680 was cashed
