Im thinking about sending out my I-129F pakage very soon, which I have ready but I still have one doubt about IF my petition is approved and I am asked for an Affidavit of Support can I use.

a. My brother as a co sponsor he makes more then enough to sponsor both my fiance and I. I can get all the necessary paperwork from him.

b. How do I fill out an affidavit of support by me if I don't have any tax returns only a couple of thousands in assets.

Please I really need to figure this out and I cant seem to fins a straight answer by someone who has done this. Any feedback will be appreciated!!

THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Websites with more info or examples will be greatly appreciated!!

Yes, you an use your brother. For your own I-134, it sounds like you'll be using the word "none" and the number "0" a lot. No problem.

It appears you and your wife have been presented the unavoidable opportunity to learn about the consequences of failing to obey US laws.
