I have a question that im confused about after reading all the posts and topics on this site. Im active military trying to bring my 3 month pregnant filipina spouse home to the states before the baby is born and before I leave on my next deployment. I was told and assured by a few close friends, countless military members and a few miltary members who were also in my situation before. They all said I dont have nothing to worry about because they got there spouses and fiances home in around 4 months from the day they sent in there first part of the process to the time she was at home in the states. These forums state otherwise. Im I missing something here? Any advise and help would be greatly appreciated.

Dude, Goto the USCIS homepage. They have link for military members. Send them an email and explain the situation. I sent them an email last Monday and I had both my I129 and I130 approved on Friday.
