Transfer from VSC to CSC when filed 129F

Has anyone else has their I130 transferred right around the time they filed 129F? We had our case transferred to CSC on Jan 14, the NOA1 of our 129F is Jan 7. Do they only transfer I130s when not accompanied by 129F? What would happen now? Do they ever return I130 from CSC to VSC?

04/10/2009 Case complete

04/23/2009 Interview scheduled for June
