Is this a problem?

hi all,

well as of now my latest "touched" was december 19... but i got one question... in my portfolio i can only have my EAD and AOS because i cant seem to add my AP Receipt number.. it says:

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

* Customer Portfolio Insert Failed

* Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the app receipt number.

i wonder if it would be a problem.., i called the number on the NOA and they cant see it too, the only answer that the agent gave me was, please wait for the normal waiting time which is 6 months and after 6 months if i dont have that yet then i can call.. #######?

am i in trouble? should i just wait>?

thanks all in advance.. i wish i can get my ead already or ap...

did you received the NOA2 letters or biometrics interview letter? if you applied for AOS with AP and EAD then on the biometrics it will mention it is for AP and AOS.

it will also say so on the NOA2 letters.

dont trust too much on the uscis case status page.... they take long to register the cases. in my case, i received a letter for my AOS appointment but on the page the status didnt change.

There is no biometrics for AP...only AOS and EAD
