Packet 3 instructions

On the instructions for packet 3 , they ask for 1 years of pay slips . Is that accurate??? I have my affidavit of support , Employers letter , 3 years of income tax and w-2's , and of course the latest paystubs.

I have never heard of asking for the past years pay stubs. This could be something new though. The last I have heard is the last 3 or so pay stubs. My wife is also in Colombia and I will be dealing with the same thing. My 90 days for the I129F is up soon (next week) and I have heard that there is a new I129F form out there. I am now pursuing the CR1 visa. I just want to get her here.

Paystubs of one year? Usually, they ask for recent pay stub or a letter from the employer which would say the current pay, length of the employment, title, and brief job function.

My sweet husband and I have agreed on the same thing. At this rate, K3 seems more effort than it's worth! My I129-f is nearing 90 days as well. And DITTO! I've never heard of 1 years paystubs.
