congratulation, plz plz plz update ur time line so u can help others still waiting , thanks , if u wish to continue with the K u dont hav to deal with the NVC, the case will be sent to the consulate after a few days stop at the NVC,after ur spouse arrival u will need to fill again for AOS which means u will be dealing again with the VSC anyway personaly i advise u to continue with the I130 so ur spouse gets a CR1 visa and a 2years green card upon entry , plz fill ur timeline to help us understand more the situation.thanks

Yes

You will receive a letter from NVC saying that they will be forwarding your 129f(k3) to the consulate. Your 130(cr-1) will remain at NVC for process and you will receive correspondence from them later. Just dont respond or send back the required forms.

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.
