I think I'll follow up wit the responses given my senator's offices (misleading BS they're working on March files like their website lies, as well)

The heading of my letter is this with a list of the most recent 35 NOA2 approvals...only one being March.

USCIS VERMONT SERVICE CENTER MOST RECENT NOA2 APPROVALS

NOTE: THERE IS ONLY ONE 3/2008 FILE BEING PROCESSED WHICH IS A DEPARTURE FROM THE STATEMENT GIVEN YOUR OFFICE IN 12/08 (which stated they are working on 3/08 files) when our evidence, as mentioned shows this clearly is not true; an apparent attempt to stifle inquiries for transparency and the truth.

As a government agency, we believe this is a lack of respect to your office inquiry and the people they serve. We are requesting accurate statements from them in the future.

7/21/08 I 129f K-1 app given to Siam Legal Lawyers office

8/3/08 K-1 I 129f Sent (Atty Ofc made mistake delayed app, we learned later)

8/14/08 NOA-1

1/23/09 RFE Color Passport Picture

1/29/09 RFE Color Pics sent

2/3/09 RFE Pics USCIS acknowledged

4/28/09 NOA-2

5/01/09 NVC Received

5/01/09 Left NVC

5/15/09 Embassy Sent Packet 3 (we did not receive-they have correct addresses)

6/19/09 Packet 3 to Embassy

6/28/09 Appointment (packet 4) never mailed, had to ask to get email-they've got correct addresses

7/23/09 Interview Scheduled for 7:00am (A YEAR AFTER SUBMISSION)!!!!!!!!!!! APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

7/28/09 Pick up visa

8/11/09 She came to the USA with me!

want to share everyone that in a long waiting i got approved already just yesterday when i check my mail,did not expect my approval but i know god really hears my prayers and i am so happy now at last in 161 days i am approved already,so just hang on my fellow aug/fillers i know soon you will also receive what you are waiting for.....thanks also for all the inspiring advice to my fellow aug.fillers....good luck to all...

6/26/08:resent the 1-129f package to VSC

8/21/08:received NOA1 in the mail,yeyeyeh i was relief after the long period of waiting

1/28/09:NOA2 received ...in 161 days from NOA1

2/10/09:received appointment letter from USEM

3/11 - 12 : MEDICAL -- passed

3/30/09: INTERVIEW -- APPROVED

4/02/09:VISA deliver at home at 2:45 pm

5/28/09:SSN arrived after less than 1 week from filling.

6/01/09:Wedding day.[/color]

07/08/09:sent the 1-485 forms for adjustment of status package to chicago (USPS)..Day 1

07/10/09:arrived USCIS,chicago...(when i checked the USPS post office)...Day 3

07/12/09:check cashed...Day 5

07/15/09:noa1 date for (AOS,AED,AP)i thanks god for everything...(date arrived,07/20/09)...Day 10

08/12/09:calling USCIS to check the bio apt...Day 35

08/25/09:bio notice date issued...Day 48

08/29/09:bio notice received.(thank u so much mama mary...)...Day 52

09/04/09:AP arrived in the mail (date issued 08/27/09)

09/09/09:biometrics done...

09/17/09:EAD = card arrived today...so happy...

10/03/09:interview notice received

11/05/09:AOS -- interview approved (thank u mama mary)...

11/16/09: GREEN CARD arrived today...

So, they actually responded to your senator? I spoke to USCIS and told them that as a federal agency they should not have misleading information on their official website. They didn't seem to care about it.

Congrats........Cherryred on your approval, we all know it's a matter of time before everyone gets approved but the waiting game is hard to deal with...

Now your case will fly by really fast and start getting prepare for the next step.....

We filed last August 6, 2008 and got a letter from NVC last January 12, 2009 that they forwarded our case at US Embassy Manila.My fiance called up US Embassy yesterday Friday and they gave us an interview date of March 4, 2009. We didnt wait for the letter anymore from NVC or US Embassy to schedule our interview. I can go to SLEC anytime i want as long as 2 weeks before my interview.I thought we need to wait for an appointment letter but we found out that once NVC forwarded our case you can schedule an interview date. We are given until March 2, 2009 if we want to cancel our interview date.

You'll probably get your NOA2 or RFE next week (that would be my guess) based on how they're working them now.
