A co-sponsor should have job. But your post is a little confusing.....

Have you read the guidelines? It would be better if you read them first.

What specific visa are you applying for? Would it be possible for you to provide your timeline...

Looking at their timeline, she is going for a K1, but the fact that they have a co-sponsor without a job, don't think that is going to work..

Find another one that has a job if your interview is coming up soon...

Good luck..

Who just passed NCLEX? Your fiance or your Co-sponsor?................ If its your fiance make a letter stating why your income was low last year, then promise them that your fiancee will not be a public charged of United States...and provide some documents that he just passed the NCLEX, proof of schooling and then provide a co-sponsor
