Hi,

I have been unemployed since May 2008, just after I submitted my K-1.

A relative of my boyfriend that lives here in the USA will co-sponsor him. Do I also have to complete and affidavit of support letter even though my income will not count cause I don't have any? or only his will be enopugh? I'm confused as to what follows at this stage.

Thanks for your help.

No the beneficiary does not fill out the I-134. Petitioner and co sponsor both do tho.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

I'm the petitioner and the one that is unemployed.

Do I still need to fill out I-134 even though I have zero income now? And if that's the case do I need my 2007 income taxes?

Thanks

You still fill out the I-134.

If you didn't have any income in 2007 and didn't file you still need a letter explainiing why you don't have a 2007 return.
