My case was touched yesterday when i went on the usics website so i went on today to see if it was approved and it showed it was touched again today. Wow 2 touches, 2 days in a row . I got my noa1 on 5-12-08 , does this mean that it will finnally be the noa2 ? has anyone else ever got their case touched 2 days in a row and then got the noa2? I hope and pray this is it .

10/5/09- Check cashed

10/11/09 - Received Biometrics letter in the mail

10/29/09- Biometrics appointment

10/14/09 - Walked in for Biometrics appointment

10/15/09 - Touch I-485/I-765

10/16/09 - I-485 transferred to CSC

11/6/09 - EAD approved

11/9/09 - Advance Parole approved

11/23/09- Received EAD/AP

12/2/09 - Email Card Production Ordered!!!!

12/9/09 - Card received

wow! so you checked once in the day and it said touched and then you checked again and it said approved? how did it happen?

Yes I got a touch 3 days in a row, but unfortunately I received an RFE on 16 Jan 09 last night. So I will wait and see what they are requesting for furthe evidence. Good luck and don't give up.

THE NARROW ROAD IS COMING TO A END! WISH US LUCK ON 2-20-2009! I AM HAPPY BUT NERVOUS. NERVES ARE SHATTERING!

My fiancee passed her interview along with her daughter on 2-20-2009 Friday, and it is a great load off our shoulders. Our journey is still ongoing, but marriage and happiness is surely near. It was all worth it and good luck to all of you out their.

We are waiting for the Visa to be mailed to us by Air21 and should get it in a few days. Happiness is one of the greatest virtues in life, so with this life enjoy it to the upmost!!!!!
