RFE-Certification of Good conduct

hello fellow VJers,I recieved the rfe letter in the mail today, and they want me to submit a letter from the County Sheriff office or Local Police Department showing I have no criminal records because my finger was rejected. And then they want a separate letter is required for each law enforcement district in which the applicant has resided during the previous five years.

Now my question is all I have is my NBI clearance from my country philippines which year is June 2007 coz that was the year I left the philippines,will the NBI clearance suffice what they need? i cannot get any clearances from the philippines anymore since im not residing there anymore for more than a year and if you will get clearance there it needs personal appearance. Your replies is greatly appreciated.

they might mean a police clearance. but if you are not in the philippines anymore then that would be impossible to get.

Im here in houston ,yes i can get the police clearance from here but there is a separate letter aside from the police clearance that they want from here they need a separate letter required for each law enfrcementdistrict in which the applicanr has resided during the previous 5 years.

All i got is an NBI clearance original in the year 2007 thats the year i left the philippines.

better as an immigration lawyer what can replace the police clearance. i know the nbi clearance sometimes is good enough.

but i guess not.
