Hey everyone!

I was so happy to find this website that is very informative and has active members. I have spent many nights reading posts and information here that has helped ease my mind tremendously.

It is hard enough dealing with the distance, the prospect of dealing with a seemingly overworked government agency scares the hell out of me to say the least. Having so much information and shared experiences helps a lot.

I sure will have a lot of questions, so thanks in advance to everyone who contributes to this site!

July 2009 Jen trip to Germany

February 2010 Job interview scheduled!

March 2010 Job interview (over phone) willing to sponsor H1-B... we will see...

LONG WAIT.....

May 2010 YEAH! GOT THE JOB!

June 2010 H1-B APPROVED!

July 8, 2010 Visa stamping, approval... Waiting for passport in mail

July 13, 2010 Passport received with visa attached!

July 20, 2010 Arrival in USA

10-10-10 MARRIED!

2-16-12 AOS package mailed to Chicago Lockbox

2-23-12 AOS package returned to us due to missing signature

2-24-12 AOS package re-sent to Chicago

3-2-12 NOA

3-16-12 Biometrics appointment letter received

02/08/2012 - Email from USCIS confirming my request

02/11/2012 - Letter from USCIS - says i should receive news within 30 days

03/14/2012 - Phoned USCIS again. 30 days has passed. no news. Took details again.

03/15/2012 -Received letter from USCIS - have to go to interview April 24th

04/24/2012 - Interview and ROC approved!!

05/07/2012 - Received email, card production ordered

05/11/2012 - Green card arrived

10/08/2010: "Touch" & Check was Cashed

10/09/2010: NOA1 Received via mail.

10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

10/25/2010: Request for evidence recieved "Biometrics Notice".

11/18/2010: Biometrics date ==> 11:00AM. Biometrics was taken On time.

12/03/2010: "Yellow Letter" Received.

12/06/2010: "Touch" Case Moved to "Testing and Interview".

12/08/2010: Interview Letter received via mail.

01/13/2011: Interview Date. Done, " Thanks To ALLAH, I Passed the Test.
