missing document??

hallo friends....

i mailed the ds-230 form and original documents like 3 days ago...

i just recvd a letter today saying missing ds-230 form (mailed jan-7-2009 from NVC)..paper saying i should submit the missing checklist form( missing checklist form is inculed in the mail i recvd today from NVC) and ds 230 form..since i already mailed all the document lik 3 days ago...is this going to make a delay..

They always send that but as soon as they receive the DS-230 packet from you, they should be changing their IVR message. Keep calling until they say they've received it.

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

Sounds like a simple case of the two items crossed in the mail.
