My question is if 1010$ payment for AOS covers I-765/EAD and I-131/AP? Another question is where are we going to send the AOS application? We live in Washington DC.. Can we send it to USCIS Chicago? Thanks!

All marriage based AOS are sent to the Chicago lockbox, and yes the $1010.00 fee covers the AOS, EAD & AP

From the Form instructions:

If you are applying for adjustment of status under one of the eligibility categories listed below, file your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, with the USCIS Lockbox Facility.

4. K-1 Fiancé(e) (and K-2 dependents) whose Form I-485 is based on an approved Form I-129F;

USCIS Lockbox Addresses:

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS) deliveries:

USCIS

P.O. Box 805887

Chicago, IL 60680-4120

The filing fee for a Form I-485 is $930.

An additional biometric fee of $80 is required when filing this Form I-485. After you submit Form I-485, USCIS will notify you about when and where to go for biometric services.

Make the check or money order payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security

Effective July 30, 2007, if you file Form I-485 to adjust your status as a permanent resident, no additional fee is required to also file an application for employment authorization on Form I-765 and/or advance parole on Form I-131.,

YMMV
