I am sending in for my new passport with my married name. My question, I have to send in the passport I used to go visit and marry my SO (obviously), I also know when we have the interview they want to see all pages of my passport. When we have the interview I'll have my new passport, will color copies of my original passport work well enough? Also, I am sending in copies of original passport with I-130, will it cause a problem when in the interview I have a different one?

I don't think it will cause problems and definitely keep copies of your passport and the pages. At Bassi's interview, they didn't ask to see my passport. But they did have copies of the passport and we gave them copies of the new pages for visits since it took over a year for the interview to be scheduled.

After you get the new passport, you will receive the old passport back with holes punched in it showing it is no longer valid. So... you should make copies before you send it in, but then you should have both to show USCIS and/or Consulate.
