Timeline

My wife and I been married since 2005 but we started living together since 2007. I just want know is that you have to married and living together for 2yrs to get the 10yrs GC or been married for more than 2yrs to get the 10yrs GC regardless of weather you are living together or not.

30/01-2009:- I never thought I'd be typing this ---->10years green card received... USCIS, see you when I see you

Yep, it's the wedding date that counts, not how long you have lived together.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
