My Canadian husband and I are filing his i130 and i485 concurrently as he is in the US on a P-1 work visa.

Originally, we thought on the i-130 we put the answer to the question on page 2 about which USCIS office we will be filing with as Chicago, IL since we send the packet there. Today, an immigration advisor we are acquainted with advised us that it should be Fresno, CA, the office where we will be having out interview.

This is the last piece of our puzzle before we can mail the packet. Anyone have an idea on the answer?

Fresno would be correct if that's where your local office is. Because that is where you will have to be interviewed. And that's where the AOS package will eventually be forwarded to.

this is correct, Fresno is your answer. Your application is NOT going to the Chicago office, it's going to the Chicago lockbox, basically their mail headquarters.
