My wife came here on a K1 visa and has just had her advanced parole document approved. Her last name has changed to mine and I am assuming her advanced parole document will not match her original last name on her passport. I am wondering what documents are needed for travel from the United States to Colombia.

We have/will have:

Colombian Passport with K1 visa

Marriage certificate

I-94

Advanced Parole document

EAD

Is this sufficient?

We have/will have:

Colombian Passport with K1 visa Passport always required - K1 has no real meaning at this stage.

Marriage certificate Good idea if/when name changed

I-94 Will get a new I-94 upon re-entry

Advanced Parole document Both documents (you will get two); upon return CBP will take one and stamp the other which you will retain.

EAD Not a travel-related document/card.

Is this sufficient?
