I just got back today from Negril!

Went with my parents and aunt, as they all wanted to get to know my fiance and his family.

I'm happy to be home, but of course with my SO could've come with me.

I already booked my next flight, but I'm not telling my SO when I'm coming, so that it will be a surprise.

Added: I'm glad we happened to go during the Bob Marley birthday bash, as my SO's younger sister performed at the main event. Be on the lookout for Princess Tia, everyone!

No. Were they performing in Negril or at a birthday bash in another city?

Some of the headliners at the event we attended included Luciano, Capleton, Anthony B and Etana, plus local favorites (including Princess Tia, my fiance's sister). However, since I was there with my parents and aunt, we left VERY early, since my aunt had a headache from the loudness. We didn't even see any of the headliners, but that was okay since we were mainly there to see Tia.

They were in Negril - Beenie Man was at Negril Escape last Tues - I forget where Kenyatta said he was going to be - he might have been on the bill at the event you were at -

He knows I have one "surprise" trip to visit. The surprise part is that he won't know the dates. That was originally gonna be in May... but after seeing him last week, I want to go back sooner than May, so I booked a trip to go in March! So now when I show up in March, he'll think that is the surprise trip... and will be caught even more by shock when I show up in May, too.
