Just wondering about who I address the letter from my employer to for the I-134? Should it be addressed to the U.S. Dept of State? USCIS? Homeland Security? etc.

Thanks.

Also, since my wife is in Germany, do I send the I-134 to Frankfurt Embassy or to the NVC here? The instructions are vague on the I-134.

YES! "to whom it may concern"

Mine was addressed to who it may concern

As the other members said, the letter can be addressed as "To Whom It May Concern".

Your wife will actually have to take the notarized I-134 with financial documents herself to the embassy the day of her interview. So you can send them directly to her.

or, you can find out who head's up the embassy/consulate where you are, and address it to that person.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Thanks for the help, but I think with the new I-134 Form you don't need it notarized.
