Hello,

I got my N-400 interview done, so they scheduled my Oath Ceremony on March 18, 2009.

My questions:

1. Should I file I-130 form right now and not wast any time waiting for Ceremony?

2. I will upgrade that in two months, right?

3. My concern, is it going to slow down the process by any chance and how long is upgrade process will take?

4. File as US Citizen?

5. Should I file I-130 and I-864 together or one after the other?

Thank you!!!
