Look at other people's timelines from the same country. That should give you an estimate of how long things take in the country you're dealing with.

I checked everyone's timeline from the UK and was able to determine when we should expect Packet 3. My fiance was a bit surprised that it arrived on the exact day I had predicted 2 weeks before! I have to admit, I was pretty surprised too.

I'm sure I will be put right on this but I think you have to go pick up the package 3 in Manila? If not then give the Embassy another call and request that they send the package.
