Separating the check from the petition is the very first step in the process and it is not done by adjuticator's so nobody has gone through yet to see if all conditions have been met.

I will tell you that if you have not met in person, you will be very likely denied and lose the money you sent in. Extreme hardship for not having met this most important condition is virtually impossible. Sorry.

I just took Claudeth's to the post office. I did the thingy where they had to sign for it and it only took a day. Of course CSC is only about 15 miles south of here.

when they cashed the check from my account , is that means that they accepted my case and every thing is correct ? I mean nothing missing ?

because we have an issue in our case that we couldn't meet because of some difficulties , so I'm scaring and catching my breath till they cash my check . and they didn't yet .

If you have not met in person, it is extremely unlikely your case will get anything but a swift denial without refunding the fee.
