Real quickly-- is there a recommended way to send in the I-129F Form? DHL? UPS? FexEx?

Any recommendations?

I have my documentation organized into two folders, the ACCO recommended type with the metal clasp at the top (2 hole punched). I just want to make sure that I'm not missing anything before I send my stuff out... hopefully this afternoon.

Cheers,

Annie

I just took Claudeth's to the post office. I did the thingy where they had to sign for it and it only took a day. Of course CSC is only about 15 miles south of here.

Ditto that. DHL/UPS/FedEx are a little more expensive, for no real return. With delivery confirmation, you will know they got it!

How is everyone able to track NOA1 and when a file has been "touched"? Is that through mail? or internet somehow?

when they cashed the check from my account , is that means that they accepted my case and every thing is correct ? I mean nothing missing ?

because we have an issue in our case that we couldn't meet because of some difficulties , so I'm scaring and catching my breath till they cash my check . and they didn't yet .

I filed in 01/07/09

thanks

Sometimes they cash the check right away, sometimes months later. It has no bearing on your case. It just means that they've taken your money :)
