Back in college, I was a male stripper. Did a lot of gigs at clubs and bachelorette parties. Lots of scary drunk women rubbing on me, really turned me off clubs.

The wife and I met because of a common interest in music. Neither of us was looking....especially for someone 6K miles away. We emailed and talked on the phone for 4 months before we met in person. A lot different from meeting someone in a club. Clubs are over-rated.

I do go to a local watering hole in town to play pool sometimes. Usually don't drink (cause I gotta drive back home). Every time I go there, I see the same usual suspects.

I mean EVERY time I go there (which may be 5 or 6 times a year) the same people are there. Makes me wonder if they have any life outside the place.

I've been once in my life and thankfully without Adam. It was not fun, too many young ones and hootchie girls mostly naked prancing around in front of guys. Even when in VIP, had these girls in my breathing space. And if Adam would have been there and they did what they did to my friends boyfriends I would be pretty ticked.

Anyways, for fun Adam and I like to go shoot pool or bowling with some friends. Go walk around the mall or go to a friends house to chat.

and i hate when hootchie girls do that too.. that is sooooo repulsive to me and i would be livid if my husband even thought to have enjoyed them doing that..:bonk:

I feel for you, but I have to say - most men like to "look at the menu". As long as he isnt ordering from it dont worry. You can catch even the nicest sweetest shyest guys checking out your a$$ once in a while.

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

But here is the thing, this is something your husbands wants to do. Maybe you wouldn't enjoy it, but why not go with him once in a while? Then some nights you can do something that you enjoy. Marriage is a series of compromises. Rarely do you find a spouse that wants to do exactly the same things you want to at the same time, so if your husband wants to go out and have a few drinks why not indulge him once in a while?

nonono.. that's not it.. i know marriage is about compromises.. and we are individuals.. even twins have a difference of opinion... i just don't like clubs.. i went to my friend's bridal shower party and got very drunk.. i doesn't take much for me to get drunk.. cranberry and vodka.. very good taste but very bad headache. the floor was moving and i wasn't.. i said never again.. i hate the feeling.. and besides we would have to take a cab back home...no problem.. i don't mind doing those things in the least.. but it's not fun to me because of what happened.. and i don't want to take a chance on getting pulled over and get a dui.. 2 drinks depending on what they are will get me drunk.. everything becomes funny to me.. hey  .. that's a thought..

Passage Revelation 19:11:

11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

"satan is real and he's playing for keeps
God is realer and we are His sheep
which side are you on, CHOOSE, start moving your feet
choose JESUS and have ETERNAL PEACE" by GOD to me on 9/26/10 about 2am
Thank you Jesus!!!!

 is your idea of going to the club getting drunk and being hit on by other people your idea of fun.. i mean what do you do for fun.. any ideas.. apparently i am no fun

I hate clubs. I like places just a little quieter with friends. I'm more of a sports bar sort of person though. Beer and football or baseball and I am good!

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip
