As I was going through all of the documentation I had sent to USCIS, I caught an error on the G-325A form that was submitted for my wife. What is the appropriate procedure to have this corrected?

Usually, nothing. What kind of error?

there is a prompt on the automated USCIS line "if you believe there is an error on your petition" or something to that effect. You can call and talk to someone there and find out if it is an error that must be corrected

I also think it depends on type of error - you could wait for RFE, but you may not get one at all.

I realized that I forgot company address on mine, but I got NOA2 with no RFE - Small enough error I guess.

My father-in law's name is missing the "title" if you will, so it has his name and then is missing "kumar" at the end of it. Its correct everywhere else in the package, but is wrong on the G-325a form for my wife.

You should be fine, dont worry. I dont think mistake like "kumar, bhai, and etc" would even matter.
