I'm a January filer too...they received my I130 on January 28th at the California Service Center and it's still pending. I'm confused about the "touches" but I see no such thing on my online case status. Inchallah we will be approved soon, and everyone else who hasn't! Congratulations to those who have!

Touches are the last time your case was updated. If you can view your case at USCIS, take note of the last time it was updated, those are "touches". :)

congrats. They really are going really fast. They havent touched mine since 15th jan. i wonder how long it will take...

i feel like 24hrs a day is not enough time to "study" the whole process! i am so tired of this and when i think about the future...how much longer it will take it makes me :cry:

i know its worth waiting but i just hate my life now! sorry i needed to vent :)

gals and guys! we are January filers, and some of us were very lucky to get NOA2 this/ last month! LET'S FOCUS AND GET BACK TO WORK!

I LOVE VISA JOURNEY FORUM! It's way better in the morning way a coffee and a croissant
