hi xpa0905... welcome to the thread.... hopefully we ll be celebrating soon!

so what paperwork you have in hand princess?

as i am the beneficiary i printed out ds-230 and ds-3032 so when i get an approval it will be easy for me to file them....i printed out the Lingche's nvc shortcut to study this process very well, for my police certificate and my birth certificate i can't get them now, i have to wait until i get an approval as they have an expiration date...for my husband his documents are ready, he also printed out I-864Z and lingche's nvc shortcut, only one is missing..........AN APPROVAL!!!! :innocent:

thats good.... are you going to choose your husband as the Agent? im still not sure about that yet sine my husband is deployed and his mail take forever to get there.... i didnt know what to answer to these questions on the ds230:

21b. Person(s) named in 14 and 19 who will follow you to the United States at a later date.

21a. Person(s) named in 14 and 19 who will accompany you to the United States now.

Person named in 14 is my husband and he will be in the States already....he wont be accompnaying me and i have no one else to follow me.... shall my answer be N/A?

you can choose yourself as well..or the attorney...

if you feel comfortable with all the paperwork choose yourself

did you choose yourself as agent? what im worried about is that i wont be able to pay online since it has to be through a US bank. how did you do if its not a problem for you to say so that is :)

hey,

i am going to assign my hubby as the agent.

thats true that you have to have a US bank account to pay online - but cant you ask your hubby for it...and you can use his card/transfer money

i thought about that as well patita... but i think one cant use a credit card... but checking or savings account... which wont be a problem either.... i still have to talk it with the hubby.... to see what he thinks.... but i guess he still has to send the I-864 affidavit of support himself right?
