i think you are considered a january filer as they take into consideration the date of noa1 not the date when the package was sent

i dont consider myself lucky.... just tracking that nearly everyone can do right? :) i had seen in other threads that they are sending VSC cases to CSC... dont know about the latest filers though

I check USCIS.GOV every damn day :) still nothing.... i am trying to be patient but its so hard guys!

I am so scared that we won't get approval from them....so scared!!!

But i have faith in them as well...

I can check my status online. My husband got NOA1 on Feb 7th and could check my status on the same day.

i got the approval on 2/19/2009

Congratulations you are so lucky!!! i really wish we'll get an approval soon even if i'm not really sure :unsure: we are in vermont center :angry: we can't even check our status online !!!!! this week there were not too much approvals so hope next week we will see more approvals here, we really need that to cheer up
