yes May May.... i called nvc today and they told me to give them the email addresses so they will inform me by email coz its still in the early stages....so i ll wait for them before emailing DS3032.... what do you think?

I read that some where having issues because they were sending in things before the bills were generated. I would wait till they advise that its OK. However not sure what other think. I am still waiting for my #, NVC has yet to receive my things.

yes i guess its better to wait for their emails/mails

His_Wifey...did you actually have to speak to someone at the NVC to find out that your case had been approved? I was listening to the AVR and could not determine which prompt I should select in order to enter the USICS receipt number. :blush:

Mrs. Palmer, I called the NVC and if you listen to the prompts it is clear what to press. I am just not sure what the prompts are.

Call (603) 334-0700

Press 1

Press 1

Press 2

Enter #s for first three letters of your caes #. (For example, my case starts with MDR so I enter 637)

Press 1

Enter case number (ex. 2009xxxxxx, replace x with your own case #).

Enter 1

I've have habit of writing down things ;)

You've to try a lot to get through, specially during busy hours. I called few minutes back, I got in at 2nd try, but then was ~7mins wait. Sometimes, I dial in 8-10 times to get in. So, keep that 3 on speed dial ;)

It worked! Thanks! Still no luck, but hey--now I've got another number to call. I had a different # for NVC (it was a 202 #), which wasn't giving me the same prompts as the one above. I'll be using this number from now on!

My husband sent our petition I-130 to Chicago lockbox on january 6, we are still waiting for NOA1 and the check is not cashed yet

I reciecve an RFE last two days ago requireng us to submit some initial evidence like my husbands 1040,w2s in 2008, letter of employment and pay stubs... we just done with that yesterday because my husband claim me as a wife in his 08 tax application and we used H&R block, thats the reason we had some delayed of submitting the 08 1040s and w2s. what confuse me now is my husbands jobs that dont provide or give out employment letter anymore they just have this new policy. Last feb,20 09 my husband recieve a letter of recognition of a good job well done so i decided to include that showing that my husband is currently working. I also include the letter of employment from 2007 indicating my husbands date of employment,wages and salary and numbers of hours hes working with them. Do you think this is way enough coz i cant really provide recent letter of employment but personally paystubs,1040s,w2s, letter of recognition and 07 letter of employment make sense to me but i dont know am so worried and confuse let me know what do u think
