Thanks :D I still have not received NVC case # yet. I just found out that NVC has my file and they're preparing it to enter into the system (you can only find out if you talk to operator, AVR does not tell you this). Once that is done, NVC case # will be assigned and AVR system should be updated. I am still glad.... at least some progress than none.

I hope everyone here starts getting good news soon.... so we can be all :D and :dancing:

I too hope so, I have not had not even a touch. When they receive the I-130's do they separate them by country where the petition is going?

1/04/2009 - Married my other half

1/16/2009 - Mailed I130

1/27/2009 - NOA1

3/22/2009 - NOA2

NVC

3/31/2009 - NVC # Assigned

4/01/2009 - Called NVC and provided e-mail to representative

4/06/2009 - DS3032 and AOS Fee Generated

4/06/2009 - Emailed DS3032 from SO's e-mail account and paid AOS fee

4/07/2009 - AOS online receipt marked as paid, mailed out I864EZ

4/13/2009 - AOS Documents received and bieng reviewed

4/17/2009 - DS3032 Choice of Agent e-mail accepted

4/17/2009 - IV Bill generated and paid

4/19/2009 - IV Bill Marked Paid

4/20/2009 - Overnight DS230

4/23/2009 - DS230 Received and entered into the system, Review begins

5/01/2009 - CASE COMPLETE

I too hope so, I have not had not even a touch. When they receive the I-130's do they separate them by country where the petition is going?

i have no idea about that May May.... does anyone have an answer to that please?

This is my first time trying to respond, post or whatever. I am in January too! January 28th. I called the 800 number and they said my case was assigned to a officer. Is this good news or could it still be years? I sent in a I129f visa October 8th and this was never touched or assigned except the NOA1. My CR-1 at least was assigned. If anyone knows what this means it would be great. I am excited to see that people who sent in their paperwork already have approvals. Thanks in advance and good luck all!! :dance:

thankssssssssssss.. no i called NVC AVR just coz i was so pissed off since i ve seen others that were approved and filed in february.... so i called and entered my uscis receipt number and to my surprise the case number was there waiting for me!! so try your luck too and call nvc now to check if your case number was assigned as well!! good luck!!

you can do so yourself too... no need for the us citizen to call... im in europe in my home country and i called this morning.... and i managed to do it myself so you can do it right now if you want to :)
