Nothing here, I check every day USCIS. NO touch no update no nothing. I am trying to stay positive and not be impatient but who knows only the lord does.

You're very close, you should get it by next week. Sadly, VSC has been very slow since last two weeks slowing down everything from NOA1, NOA2, to NVC.

Thanks everyone. Isn't it a wonderful feeling? :dance:

And to the other January filers with Vermont who haven't been approved yet, you won't be too far behind me as my NOA1 was dated 1/30.

I guess I'll wait to start calling the NVC for our case number until mid next week or so. Sounds like they're a bit backlogged there. I still have to get all the original documents from my husband anyway - he has to get a current Casier Judiciare which hopefully won't take him long, and then we're good to go.
