anything new? any updates! it's been quiet lately in this topic!

I thought my CR-1 visa was going fast until I saw your timeline.

I had to slowdown myself cuz we are waiting for tax transcripts from IRS!

BTW, does anybody know how to deal with AOS if we filed 2008 taxes jointly? what should i put in Total income for last year? Just my hubs income or whatever we have on 1040? I hate I-864 - i think its because i dont understand it :)

Hi All....We too are waiting to here some good news. But dont know whether its tooooo much to expect. Simply praying :)

Just read a post wherein someone got their I-130 Approval through Mail. His case too is from CSC and has been regularly checking his email and the USCIS site for some change in Status....but in vain......finally he recd the Approval thru Email and on checking teh USCIS site....the status still showed as Pending.

Now i am wondering whether is there any point checking the USCIS site on a daily basis.

I hear ya Princess. I also get stressed and I am not even in NVC yet, just preparing documents for it. Luckily, I've some great people around me who has been good support system. And this forum also rocks!!!! :D But I still want this to be over more than anything. I miss my hubby so much :(

Maybe filing I-129 has slowed down your process, i really feel blessed because we took the right choice of filing only I-130, wish you good luck

You're very close, you should get it by next week. Sadly, VSC has been very slow since last two weeks slowing down everything from NOA1, NOA2, to NVC.
