Thanks for the quick reply. I'm trying to get as prepared as possisble. One other quick question. Did you write your case number on all of your original official documents? (birth certificate, police certificate etc.) Thanks .

No I did not write the case number on the original official documents. I didn't want to mess around with those docs

Hoep this helps :)

Thanks again. (I didn't really want to write on them either but read a thread previously where it was noted.)

I wrote the NVC Case number on all my documents that were printed out or photocopied. I'll probably just write it on a sticky-note and put it on my certified documents...just so I don't mess with the originals!

Good luck!

Couldn't mail out my DS-3032 today because of the holiday! Eek...tomorrow will have to do! :)

Hello fellas, I am new to this awesome site. Just found this site yesterday. My case was recently forwarded to NVC. I just mailed out my DS3032 and already paid my AOS fee online and it shows paid. I mailed out the paid AOS receipt and DS3032 on friday. Do you think I should also send an email of the DS3032?

I have my AOS and DS230 ready. As my case already shows AOS paid, should I send out the AOS, or wait for them to generate an AOS?

Thanks for help guys.

Shimool

Hi Shimool,

Your AOS has been generated already, that was why you could pay online. You will have to print the BARCODED Cover Sheet from web that you paid the bill and attach it with AOS packet. You can actually send AOS packet to them now but some people they wait until they pay for IV fee bill (DS-230) first so that they can send both AOS and DS-230 together.

You can check with the operator if NVC get your DS3032 yet and has it been accepted, if they accept it already then they will generate IV fee bill and you will be able to pay it online.

Hi Matthew123. Check out the wikiguides for NVC. They really help! http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/...he_NVC_ShortCut

The "agent" in this case is who the beneficiary of the visa would like the paperwork to go to. For example, I am having all of my paperwork to be mailed to my husband in the U.S., that way it gets there faster and he can mail it all out!

Good luck!

I am unsure about mailing my AOS fee bill. It says to mail it to:

National Visa Center

PO Box 790135

St. Louis, MO 63129-0135

I may try calling and get my IIN. AOS has been generated....I guess I need to wait until my husband receives it? Please let me know if anyone else has mailed it in via snail-mail once the AVR said it was generated.

Thanks! :)

Moosker,

I believe you need to wait untill your husband gets the information for AOS (Affidavit of Support) bill in the mail which would have the IIN (invoice Identification Number) listed. You can either mail in the payment based on the information given on the AOS bill or you can pay the AOS bill online at

https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

I hope this will help you Moosker

Peter n Jaime

Check the AVR (Automated Voice Response). Call 1-(603)-334-0700 and follow the instructions. You will need either your CIS receipt no. or NVC Case no. Generally the AVR will tell you if your DS-3032 and AOS bill has been generated or not. If not then you can speak to one of the representatives and they might be able to help you with that.

Hope this will help you Peter n Jamie

Thanks bigblue! I will wait for it to come through....and will attempt to call and speak with an operator to obtain the IIN!

Peter'n'Jamie - Definitely keep calling and speak with an operator! I know it's been busy today, I haven't been able to get through! Before my DS-3032 was generated it kept saying "the NVC received your petition on....(date)...please all 6-8 weeks for...yadda yadda". The NVC was closed yesterday, so hopefully by today or tomorrow you'll have your DS-3032 generated! :)

Matthew123,

All you need to do is call NVC everyday and try to find out if your DS-3032 has been generated or not. If not then you will have to wait but keep trying 3 to 4 times a day because the AVR takes time to be updated (I would talk to the representative at NVC).

Once your DS-3032 has been generated just follow James Shortcut from WIKI to create your own DS-3032 before you even receive one from NVC.

You can Mail and Email your DS-3032 once you find out that it has been generated. There is no point in sending your DS-3032 to NVC if it has not been generated yet.

Good Luck
