Carlos and Jocel, NVC told me that I can send a scanned copy of the PCC. So I imagine that you're fine.

And I was told that I could call til middle of next week to see if I got a March interview in Amman, I guess I'll be calling from Amman. Ok, I'm off to pack.

Peace,

Mariah

Wow I didn't know that otherwise I would have send it 3 days ago I just tired of waiting and sent mine and hopefully will not have any RFE. I sent the G325s, I-797,mil ID Card, and extra copies... I just don't like to wait any longer than I have to. I just find out I may go to IRAQ again for the 3rd time but will see. I hope I don't! Right now they asking for volunteers and so far short of few names... oh well!

Waiting for the april one myself  Just missed the cut off for march.

That sucks, only if you didn't have that RFE, you'd possibly have a March date

Maybe but one month waiting is nothing now that I know we have passed both the USCIS and NVC. Right now we are using this time to get our ducks in a row. Moving is a difficult thing but moving to another country requires a lot of preparation. On the plus side February is the shortest month!!

Yes! Thank goodness February is short....I hope that we get approved VERY soon! I overnighted our RFE package back to NVC on Friday. So it'll be waiting there Monday for them. Let's hope & pray it's ALL they information they needed! I went overboard and ####### with extra info....I think I might lose it if they send it back for another RFE

I sent in TWO proofs from the irs.gov web site proving why my husband didn't have to file. I sent in a copy of is 2007 & 2008 W-2's, and a copy of all of his student loan paperwork proving he received scholarships & loans for 2007.

You think that'll be enough?!?!? :)

Anyone else out there just waiting to "hear" from the NVC about being complete? I wonder how long it'll take...

@Moosker.... short notice, MONDAY is a federal holiday, so they will get on TUESDAY, not to kick the horse that's already down. Wish you luck, I know I sent mine too but decided to send it priority to buy some time for my other paperwork, PCC, but Ms.Mariah told me her scanned PCC was accepted by NVC. I hope so!

WaitHatter - Definitely see if the mumbai consulate will request your case since its already complete and you have time for the K3 interview. Are you planing on going to the interview? If your wife does the K3 interview will she go back for her CR-1 interview?

Yeah the procedures in Ahmedabad are so out of synch with the rest of the other offices. I am dealing with a tax collector who says he does not have the authority to sign a police document, meanwhile his head office in Gandhinagar is telling him to sign it, and the tax collector won't do it until he sees something in writing. I swear these people need to be relieved of their duties, since they add no value. I will most likely miss the interview scheduling for April since the two local PCCs have not been signed off on yet, and it takes another 4 days for the passport office to issue their PCC.

I really, really hope that everything they need is there in the packages and I'll have a case complete soon!

:)

Cheers to another week at NVC!
