man i called NVC and they said they're sending out an RFE. she told me i left one of the lines blank

I'm still not impressed with an RFE for something I know with all of my heart we sent in....they're asking for 2007 tax returns. I sent in 2005, 2006, and 2007. That's just a little frustrating! If the RFE the NVC sent you doesn't make a ton of sense, can you call the NVC to ask for more clarification from the operators? Just wondering if anyone has done that....

yeah the operator told me that the person who reviewed my I-864 didn't find my mom's I-864A, which i know i sent in because it was stapled to the back of my father's, so they obviously missed it lol. also, the operator i spoke to went into full detail about what the RFE was for, but just told me to wait for the RFE in the mail. i hope this is over with soon! (:

Just received this E-mail from NVC, we only sent the email version of the DS3032 so yes E-Mailing it does work.

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa

Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated

agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions

before the instruction packet will be sent.

Woohoo, congrats on the interview dates...

I just found out our case was completed and we are in line for scheduling an interview, she told me call back at the end of the week.... does that mean we might get scheduled for next month!!!! Ohhh I'm so excited and happy that our papers were all good.
