CASE COMPLETE!!!!!

:D:D:D

Yah, I agree with Mommy. Because the las two days the AVR kept saying that, they had received all my documents and that THEY HAVE FOUND DOCUMENT MIISING OR INCOMPLETE ...I was almost getting a panic attack and I called back to live operator. They told me to ignor the AVR message and to be relax. Today all on a sudden the AVR changed to ' CASE completed'...

Oh by the way , do any of you know ,To who the NVC is gonna send the interview letter . Is it the petitioner or the Beneficiary ? Unfortunately my husband didnot get any thing from NVC/Embassy of Bangladesh .No DS 3032 nor any packet related to K3.

thanks

Hey Savar, congrats on the completion. The interview notice will go to both the petitioner and beneficiary. The agent receives a copy, and the beneficiary needs one to take to the embassy and for medical report. Also, my wife hasn't received a thing back in Bangladesh yet. I really hope to get an interview date for March.

Shimool

CONGRATULATIONS........I am so happy for you...

You can pay them both, in seperate transactions. I would pick AOS bill first just since it's the natural order. It will take about a day for them to read as status paid, then you can print the cover sheet from each one to mail on your respective packages.

I paid mine within 3 minutes of each other and I mailed my packages in the same overnight envelope.

Peace,

Mariah

Congrats to all of you for the SPEEDY NVCcase completes! :) How exciting!

We're on our way there! Just need to get my police check here in Canada (today actually) and then we're sending off the final package. I love how quickly this process i!

fyi "stevai" it says they generate the forms for you, but print off the most updated forms from online, fill them out, and send it in! By the time the forms actually reach you, you'll be half way through the process! Good luck!

Any other updates guys? :)

Thanks Moosker. I just realized we have almost identical timeline. Now I am waiting for DS230 documents that will arrive on Feb 10, will be sent on Feb 11. Then we'll hope for the best. Good luck.

You can pay them both but I barely see if both is payable at the same time (day), if your able to click them both and have the options to pay go for it. But I think only the AOS is payable until you see the IV Fee is a clickable to pay. If you try to click the IV Bills and you cant get through, it means you can't pay it yet but will be able to pay AOS.

Sheesh, what a horrible weekend to have off of work, when I'm so ... excited ... and impatient to get my papers processed. They received them into AVR the 5th too and I feel my anxiousness levels running so high, I should have more to do... but I find myself here now hunting info on the medical exams. Darn for Amman embassy to not list their panel physicians so I can start bothering them instead :)

Hi all,

Our case was approved on 1/29/2009. NVC assigned the case number on 2/4/2009.

Called them a few times and they said it will take 4 weeks to generate DS3032.

It seems to me that China is the standard processing and not appoint post processing which means

it will take longer for them to generate DS3032. Is that correct?

Also will DS-230 need to be brought to American consulate in China during the interview

and not to be sent to NVC?

Thanks.

Yay for all these case completes! Good work guys! IF (and only IF) anyone had an RFE....why was it? I just want to be prepared in case one comes through. It seems that NVC is pretty smooth so not too many people receive RFE's. Just thought I'd ask! Sending in the DS-230 package soon! Can't wait for it to all be over! Praying for an April interview. You guys think that's too hopeful?!?! :)

As far as I know they don't work on weekened, as a amtter of fact they have LIFE too after NVC...hehehe! And of course if they don't work on the weekened, you will not get any operator, just the AVR.
