We didn't put anything other than a return address on the envelope, but we did follow the NVC wiki guidelines and put our NVC Case # on the top left hand corner of every page of the package! :)

Good luck!

So u mean I need to put my address in the left side corner of the envelope?..only address not my name? Like this:

FROM: XXXXXXXX

SC, USA

TO: NAtional Visa Center

ATTN: CMR

.................

is this the correct format to put outside the envelope package?

I think he's talking about every pages of the documents you must put your Case Number as stated in ur case so when they look at your documents they all know that documents belong to that case. Outside envelope will be your normal return address and I will not ADVERTISED my case number outside the envelope but rather put something like for an example TKYxxxxx1234

Ok. yeah I know that we are going to put NVC case # of every page of the AOS documents..My only concern is the outside of the envelope if we put the sender's name on the other side ..Thank you for the replies

At the top left corner of the envelope put your name & address (incase it was returned, just for safety purposes I do it)

Then for the visa center write:

National Visa Center

ATTN: CMR

.....Address....

****,NH

#####

(Sorry I don't remember the address!)

Hope that helps ya! :)

Aman and Mommy, congrats on your cases getting approved :D

My IV was entered around the same date as ya'lls. I keep checking everyday for the much awaited good news :)

Quick question did you call and talk to an actual person everyday or just checked the automated system?

Yah, I agree with Mommy. Because the las two days the AVR kept saying that, they had received all my documents and that THEY HAVE FOUND DOCUMENT MIISING OR INCOMPLETE ...I was almost getting a panic attack and I called back to live operator. They told me to ignor the AVR message and to be relax. Today all on a sudden the AVR changed to ' CASE completed'...

Oh by the way , do any of you know ,To who the NVC is gonna send the interview letter . Is it the petitioner or the Beneficiary ? Unfortunately my husband didnot get any thing from NVC/Embassy of Bangladesh .No DS 3032 nor any packet related to K3.

thanks

When you send in the DS-3032 and say who you want all documents to go to, I think that's who they'll send the interview letter to? I could be wrong though, someone please correct me if I am! :)

I designated my husband in the U.S. to take all the papers. So far he's been getting everything. In Canada here I received the K3 paperwork from the consulate (which we are ignoring and just doing the CR1 route).

Congrats Savar on completing your journey! Keep us all updated here in the January foruma bout your interview date!

Thanks Moosker and OBX for your valuable information. As an agent I believe, I am gonna have the interview letter here in USA.

I will definitely update my progress in my signature.

Hey Savar, congrats on the completion. The interview notice will go to both the petitioner and beneficiary. The agent receives a copy, and the beneficiary needs one to take to the embassy and for medical report. Also, my wife hasn't received a thing back in Bangladesh yet. I really hope to get an interview date for March.

I GOT EVERYTHING I NEED BUT I DON'T WANT TO MAKE SIMPLE MISTAKE THAT WILL DELAY MY PROGRESS OR SHOULD I WAIT FOR THE NVC TO LET ME KNOW THAT DS-3230 BEEN ACCEPTED?

Okay...this is my first post..and I hope it gets me somewhere, as I am very nervous about all the paper work and learning of all the shortcuts thanks to this site!

I just paid the AOS fee online on FEB 3. 2009 and was PAID on FEB 4. 2009, my question is, I print out the cover page and fill out the I-864 packet and send all that in together? Is that how it works?

Just called USCIS and found out our I-130 was approved January 30th! :D

It still says pending online at the case status site and we didn't receive an email about it, which pisses me off. But she just now sent me an email saying it was approved on the 30th.

Just to let you all know that the online case status is outdated!

Do you see the IV bill online available to pay? Have you called the NVC and spoken to an operator? How long ago did you send the DS-3230? You should be fine to send in the AOS package. Just make sure you have all the correct documents and send only financial aid documents etc with the AOS.
