Congrats to all of you for the SPEEDY NVCcase completes! :) How exciting!

We're on our way there! Just need to get my police check here in Canada (today actually) and then we're sending off the final package. I love how quickly this process i!

fyi "stevai" it says they generate the forms for you, but print off the most updated forms from online, fill them out, and send it in! By the time the forms actually reach you, you'll be half way through the process! Good luck!

Any other updates guys? :)

Thanks Shimool.

I mostly call to talk to an actual person everyday, morning and late evening. the automated system is slower than the operator. From my experience, they update the automated system after midnight. Like yesterday when i called to talk to an operator, she told me that our case is completed but the automated system is not update yet. I called back around 1 am, the automated system just updated.

I just called NVC and the operator told me that our case is already completed today. :D

Hey everyone! Wow we're really wheeling through this process eh? I LOVE it! :)

Quick question, checked the AVR today and it said "NVC is expecting return of the biographic forms by the petitioner... " which means my DS-230 was generated.

I'm just wondering when my I-864 package will be 'accepted' and if they will say anything on the AVR? Should it have already been accepted if the DS-230 has been generated? Just a little confused, wanna update my timeline!

Thanks all!

I do have another question for all you K3/CR1'ers out there...

I JUST received my paperwork from the consulate for my K3. What should I do?

Should I just abandon it? I mean, I'm almost finished with NVC in regards to the CR1. I'm just not sure how to go about this, whether to continue, or if it would be worth it to just ignore it. Has anyone else out there done the same thing?

Please let me know :)

Basicly, they will have to wait for your DS-230 package to complete the case but you can call the operator and ask if NVC has accepted your I-864.

You just ignore paperwork from consulate for your K3.

MMW, I did email mine that early as you can see, and they accepted mine about a week later and generated the AOS and IV fee bill on the same day apparently. I had to wait to get my AOS fee bill in the mail so that I could pay them online, both at the same time (seperately) if you know what I mean. :D

Peace,

Thanx MS i do understand what you mean about paying the fees at the same time but separately. Now as far as the passport photos for the DS 230 package do they need to be white background or is light blue OK? Also is the IIN number on the AOS bill when i receive it?

Keep calling them to see if they generate your DS3032 yet if they do, i would suggest to mail them the form as well when DS3032 already generate, they process that faster than the email.
