I just received my EAD card today!! It took almost for 4 months, so I was happy...

But I have a question about it. I was checking if evey information on my card was correct or not...

But they put "UNKNOWN" at country of birth..... I dont know if this is right? or okay??

I am from Japan, so accroding to that, its supposed to say "Japan" right??

Is it their mistake?? Should I call them and let them know about it??

I wasnt sure if it is okay, and plus I wanted to know if there is anyone getting card with the same situation.

I hope anyone can help me on this!!

Well that is odd for sure - It is certainly worth a few phone calls and maybe even an InfoPass appointment to inquire about how this happened.

Not that it is a serious matter for the EAD - it's still valid, but I'd be curious enough to want to make sure it (what ever caused this) doesn't cause issues for your AOS. :thumbs:

Did you make a copy of your application? If so go back and take a look.
