notime4haterz - if you think the congressmen and the senators cannot do anything...i am sorry to be blunt, but they have all the power to put a pressure on USCIS. when the secretary had said to have someone fax the approval letter, i would have flipped and demanded to talk to the congressman himself coz she obviosuly did not know what the f*** she was talking about. this aint a court where she needs evidence if you are really telling the truth or if you are making this up. technically you pay for these people's salary. if they cannot help you or atleast even give you a false hope then they dont deserve to be elected. my congressman pretty much had denied any help...so what did i do?...i did not vote for him during the election..i chose to cast my vote to some random guy but not to him. did this guy win? yes he did but atleast i could rest in peace that i did not cast my vote for a person who did not help me when i needed him....democracy!!
