Hehe..I was so confident up to this point, now I'm worried that I haven't filled out something to their specific taste, so here are all the things I'm taking to my K-1 interview on Thursday:

Copy of my I-129F package

NoA1 and NoA2 (plus copies)

My BC and my Fiance's BC (original and copies)

Police CHeck

I-134 form (and Copy) - I have a question though...For Question 11, where it says "do you intend/not intend to support the person", Bo put N/A, but did not put "(K-1 visa application for permenant resident)" as it does on the example form does on this site...Will that be a problem??

Letter from fiance's Employer, letter from bank, Bo's bank statements

Fiance letter of continued intent (dated Nov 20th)

2 passport pictures

copy of DS-230

Barcode for Form DS-160

Medical envelope and immunization record

Evidence of ongoing relationship: plane tickets, pictures, phone bills, engagement ring proof

6/18/09 - EAD approved and card production ordered
6/20/09- received AP papers in the mail
6/22/09 EAD card arrived in the mail (that was fast eh?)
7/09/09 - received notice of GC appointment date
8/07/09 - Green Card interview at Raleigh Field office at 8:45am - Given RFE for I-693 Vaccination suppliment
9/08/09 - returned RFE to field office. Approved for Green Card
9/09/09 - Received email that Card production had been ordered.
9/17/09 - Green Card in the mail - No more USCIS until June, 2011 :D

^^ $131 US dollars.

For the Affidavit, R just put yes that he would provide room and board upon my arrival until I find employment. We figured that was the best answer even though I am somewhat still paying for things. I'm sure that's fine though.

Holy ####### I can't believe it's so soon...I'm not looking forward to the drive up, although I have another driver with me.

I've been on a diet since New Years so i can fit into my wedding dress, but my Interview is the 15th and my 25th Birthday is the 20th...so I think I'm gonna get myself a Cheesecake to celebrate! :D Good idea yes? :thumbs:
