Hello all,

I'm in the Air Force and on the I-134 instructions it says it requires a statement from my employer that has my date, salary and permanent or not. If anyone here is military and has filed this, who did you get to make this statement? I thought about typing up a Memorandum for Record and having my SQ/CC sign it, but maybe this is something that Finance or the JAG should do? Just wondering what other military members have done with this letter. Thanks!

As far as I'm aware Tom is going to get his signed by his equiv of a Commanding Officer (what we call them here in the RAF). I think it's the same as what you call a CC.

Employer letters are a suggested option. Any documentation of rank and status will do, including a few recent pay stubs.
