Hi,

Can somebody tell me what is the right phrase to answer in form G325A where it asks for "This form is submitted in connection with application for:". This is for I129F subnmission for K3 visa.

For G325A in I-130 application I have put in the following.

-- Status as permanent resident [G325A for non-USC wife]

-- Other - I-130 Petition for wife [G325A for USC husband, myself]

What should I fill in for the corresponding question when I submit G325A for I-129F (K3)? Thanks a lot.

Hi dougalted,

All that is needed is to check the box that says "other" and write/type in I-130 for the I-130 petiton and I-129f for the I-129f petition. Checking the box that says "status as permanent resident" is not correct. Just check "other" and put I-130.

Hi all,

Thanks so much for your kind replies. I have already submitted my I-130 application and I have been waiting for NOA from VSC for last two weeks. I hope it arrives soon. My question is for I-129F/K3 application. There are two G325A forms, one for me (USC) and the other for my wife(non-USC living abroad). On my G325A I plan to select "Other - Petition for I-129F (K3)" as you have suggested. The question is what to write on my wife's G325A. Should it be same as mine?

Thanks so much.

As with anything that is submitted with the petition.....it is submitted in connection with an application (that is 'petition'). In this case it is submitted with the I-129F petition. The petition is the main....everything else is submitted in connection with that petition including the G-325A's. They do not stand alone. The answer whether the USC petitioner or the beneficiary is the same.

On your wife's G-325A, you can selecct "Other" and write "K-3 Process."
