*January 30 2006 - packet returned.....arggggggggg we forgot one signature!!

*January 31 2006 - sent I129-F back to the CSC, hope we did not forget anything else

The "International Marriage Broker Regulation Act" or IMBRA. Your far enough along it doesn't hurt you.

can someone please help me? I'm starting to feel a little overwhelmed. If I met my fiancé at a soccer game, I've never been convicted of a crime, and I'm a girl, does this IMBRA thing even affect me at all? Is it just a matter of getting my form in before USCIS issues the new one? Or should I wait for the new one?

...sinking feeling....

It does, it affects EVERYONE. But don´t worry, you´re arriving at the end of the hurricane, and you´ll have little to wait most likely. Unless they take a little longer now and the backlog gets too big.
