He doesn't have any restrictions on the J-1 that require him to go home for 2 years. This is actually the second time he's been on the J-1 if that helps anyone.

Thanks everyone for your responses so far. It seems like sometimes theres so much information out there its overwhelming to know where and what to look for!

NOA1 Received: 8-15-2008

Received e-mail of approval, NOA2 is on the way!: 12/22/2008

NOA2 received in mail: 12/26/2008
